Strategic Initiatives Program Manager

The Role: Program Manager (Product + GTM)

This is not a strategy-only role. This is a high-ownership execution + product operator role where you will:

• Run 0- 1 / 1- N programs that connect product building with growth & customer acquisition
• Break ambiguity into structure: problem - plan - milestones - measurable outcomes
• Execute relentlessly (not by delegating everything)
• Own outcomes end-to-end across Product, Growth Marketing, Sales/RevOps, and Partnerships
• You'll work closely with the Founder/CEO/Function Heads, and will be accountable for business impact, not activity.

• Own mission-critical product programs: new modules/features, integrations, onboarding flows, analytics, reliability initiatives, internal tooling.
