We are currently hiring for a division which focuses on providing services to immigration law firms across the United States.


The Strategic Operations Project Coordinator will serve as a key support resource to operational leadership, combining elements of project coordination, business analysis, and administrative management. This role is responsible for managing small-to-medium projects, conducting research and analysis, building documentation, performing system testing, and offloading administrative tasks from senior leaders to improve organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in AI tools and demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
