Factorial is known for transforming how companies manage HR and Finance through a single, intuitive platform. Now, we’re taking things a step further. We’re launching Factorial IT, and we are building the founding team that will take this product from 0 to €10M ARR.

Factorial IT operates like a startup inside Factorial: its own roadmap, its own go-to-market strategy, and a team expected to grow rapidly. We already have the technical backbone in place and +200 active customers proving the demand.

We are looking for a Founding Strategic Partnership Manager to join us as one of the first technical commercial hires and define the technical sales playbook, with a clear path to become the leader of the function in no-time.
