Job Description
Join Carepal Money as our Partnership Head to lead and expand strategic partnerships that improve healthcare accessibility and patient care across India. We're looking for a driven individual with a passion for healthcare innovation and a proven track record in building and managing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership and Account Management
Strengthen and manage relationships with health tech, pharmaceuticals, and other business partners.
Oversee and enhance existing partnerships to ensure continued value and mutual growth. New Business Development
Identify, develop, and execute new acquisition channels within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
Cultivate relationships with key accounts, establishing Carepal Money as a leader in healthcare partnerships. BTL Activities and Brand Activation Drive BTL initiatives and brand activations at B2 B touchpoints to boost Carepal Money’s brand presence and reach. Cross-Functional Collaboration Facilitate inter-departmental coordination and approvals, collaborating with various stakeholders to align on goals and strategy. Performance Monitoring and Conflict Resolution
Regularly assess team performance on patient lead generation and address any challenges with actionable improvements.
Effectively resolve conflicts related to patient referrals between healthcare providers and the organization. Compliance and Ethics Promote and uphold ethical standards and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in all partnership activities.
Required Skill Set :
4+ years of B2 B sales experience in the lending sector.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data for strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
Proven experience in relationship management, business development, and cross-functional coordination.
