Strategic Partnerships Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a forward-looking community engagement and fundraising strategy that strengthens long-term financial sustainability and organisational growth.

• Cultivate, secure, and steward strategic relationships with corporates, institutions, schools, community partners, and individual donors to expand revenue streams.

• Oversee the full fundraising lifecycle, including pipeline development, proposal development, negotiation, campaign execution, and retention strategies.

• Shape and drive the organisations external communications and brand positioning across digital platforms, publications, events, and stakeholder reporting.

• Provide leadership to the Community Partnership team, setting clear KPIs, ensuring governance standards, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with programme and finance teams.
