As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in fostering corporate values and strengthening our workplace culture. You will be responsible for driving human excellence programs that support the development of the organization and people.

  • Partner with management to provide proactive HR advice and support aligning people solutions with business objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Manage and execute HR processes including recruitment, salary reviews, staff planning, performance appraisals, talent management, succession planning.
  • Couch employees on a wide range of topics to enhance engagement development and performance.
  • Drive change initiatives by providing guidance facilitating processes ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams.
