Role & responsibilities
Portfolio & Product Strategy
- Own and drive the new product pipeline strategy, including ideation, feasibility, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch lifecycle management for multiple brands of Neurology / Central Nervous System products.
- Define long-term product and portfolio growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, line extensions, and lifecycle management initiatives for Central Nervous System products.
Brand & Market Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies and annual brand plans for the assigned product portfolio.
- Drive market penetration, pricing, positioning, and differentiation strategies based on market insights.
- Oversee market research, competitor benchmarking, and SWOT analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies.
