Job Overview
The Strategic Planning Associate partners with Senior, Strategic Planning to execute assigned strategic planning projects that support internal corporate business groups in assessing and implementing strategic growth plans.
What You Will Do
Develop Feasibility Order of Magnitude plans and Conceptual Adjacency plans that meet project capital criteria. Prepare for project-related meetings and document outcomes, including action items and follow-up. Develop presentation-quality plans in accordance with Macy’s standards for review and distribution to Senior Management. Collaborate with internal business partners—including Real Estate, Area Research, Capital Planning, Senior Management, RDOS, Divisions, and Operations—to gather required inputs and develop plans and programs.
