Your tasks:

You have the holistic, global responsibility for the strategic purchasing process "source to contract" for one of our business units

You develop commodity group strategies and implement them in cooperation with the business unit

You identify, qualify and develop suppliers together with other departments

You optimize supplier management and are responsible for risk management

You develop our suppliers in cooperation with the Supplier Quality Management Team. In doing so, you manage the supplier relationship sustainably in a predominantly oligopolistic market

You conduct price and contract negotiations with your suppliers

You will take over the management of national and international special projects and tasks in purchasing worldwide

Your profile:

You have a business or technical degree

You have first professional experience in the purchase of drawing parts and/or catalog parts and would like to develop yourself further

You are experienced in dealing with single sourcing suppliers and maintain these relationships sustainably

You have good communication skills both internally and externally, a high level of teamwork skills and are characterized by decisiveness and decision-making ability as well as analytical and structured work

You are willing to occasionally travel worldwide

Fluent English and German skills complete your profile
