Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close sales opportunities with our clients, such as contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells
  • Demonstrate Cvent solutions and services to accounts
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers of accounts for continued business
  • Collaborate with internal resources such as Sales and Client Services teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with Cvent products and services
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer issues within 24 hours
  • Call on existing clients in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations
  • Target and pursue key accounts within North America with individual action plans to grow them.
  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities through pipeline reports
  • Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all business opportunities
  • Log sales activities/tasks in the system
