Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and close sales opportunities with our clients, such as contract renewals, cross-sells, and up-sells
- Demonstrate Cvent solutions and services to accounts
- Build and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers of accounts for continued business
- Collaborate with internal resources such as Sales and Client Services teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction with Cvent products and services
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues within 24 hours
- Call on existing clients in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations
- Target and pursue key accounts within North America with individual action plans to grow them.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities through pipeline reports
- Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all business opportunities
- Log sales activities/tasks in the system
