Strategic Training & Development Partner

A leading semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a motivated Training and Development Partner to oversee and enhance training programs and manage budgets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in training development, strong administrative and communication skills, and a proactive approach to people development. Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred. This role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners across various training initiatives.
