The Strategic Workforce Planning Business Partner is a highly visible and influential role, serving as a trusted strategic advisor to Zoom’s key business leaders. You will help develop and drive Zoom’s company-wide Workforce Plan. By leveraging deep, data-driven insights, you will directly influence critical business and talent decision-making across the company.
Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning, you will be central to:
+ Aligning headcount, financial, and strategic plans.
+ Centralizing and standardizing headcount management and reporting.
+ Integrating workforce insights seamlessly into core business planning cycles by collaborating with Business Leaders, FP&A, People Experience (HR), and Talent Acquisition.
