Strategic Workforce Planning Partner - Belfast MCS Group is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an Strategic Workforce Planning Partner to join their growing HR function. This is a highly visible, future-focused role within the Organisational Effectiveness team, reporting to the Head of OE and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This role will play a critical part in shaping how the organisation plans its workforce today while preparing for the skills, capabilities and roles required over the next 2-4 years.
