Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and consulting stakeholders to define transformation opportunities using AI and data
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable use cases and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape and deliver effective solutions
• Build robust business cases, implementation roadmaps and executive-level narratives
• Act as the connector between strategy teams and technical functions, ensuring alignment and impact

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8 10 years of experience in strategy, analytics or data transformation consulting
• Strong understanding of consulting workflows and the role of data/AI in enabling business value
• Exceptional communication skills and experience engaging with senior leadership
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives independently
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with high ownership
