- +5 years of strategic experience and a thorough understanding of business analysis.
- A strong sense of business acumen and macro perspective, capable of identifying opportunities through structured thinking and analysis, in tandem with industry competition and internal capabilities.
- Robust coordination, communication skills, and teamwork spirit, capable of independently establishing good cooperative relationships with business management and motivating teams to implement business strategies.
- Proficiency in both English and Portuguese languages is required.
