Job Description
- Conduct deep‑Dive analysis of operational data to identify improvement opportunities across first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes.
- Develop clear, structured recommendations and business cases to address operational and strategic challenges.
- Partner closely with Operations, Tech, and external stakeholders to design, pilot, and implement solutions.
- Drive selected projects end‑to‑end, including timeline management, stakeholder alignment, and progress tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and reports to monitor key metrics and proactively surface issues.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision‑making.
- Benchmark practices against industry peers and contribute to shaping SPX’s network strategy.
