Role: Strategy Associate to Founder's Office
Reporting To: Founder/Co-Founders (multi-vertical startups)
Location: Plot 19 – Opulence Towers, Sector 135, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201304
Type: Full-time, on-site, 5 days a week
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Support cross-border onboarding processes, vendor management, and operational execution in various geographies.
2. Liaise with co-founders abroad to facilitate talent onboarding for national and international client organizations.
3. Manage and maintain confidential company documentation, records, and compliance files.
4. Create, update, and enhance presentations, reports, and knowledge resources using tools such as Excel, MS Office, and Canva.
5. Track deliverables, timesheets, invoices, and ensure accurate documentation for vendors and clients.

1. MBA/MSc in Management from a reputed institute required.
