The purpose of this role is to partner with a client on up to two clients to help achieve the vision and strategic business goals, through designing and implementing consultancy projects that will transform the business.
Key Responsibilities- Strong organization skills and understanding of both client relationship development and consulting fundamentals
- Ability to prepare and present findings from research, workshop summaries, and recommendations from our team to client(s)
- Understands design methods, design thinking, sprint-based strategy, design, planning and prototyping best practices
- Researches trends and innovations to substantiate hypotheses
- Stays up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client's business
