Key Responsibilities

  • Lead/Support large global projects from a commercial communication perspective.
  • Develop and execute commercial plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick‑offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent master’s degree in science or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a Life Sciences/Pharma/MedTech company or consulting is mandatory.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Experience in at least 2–3 of the following areas:
    • Market Access & Competitiveness – Pricing Strategy and Model, Pricing Planning and Execution, New Value & Market Access Strategy and Execution, Health Economics & Reimbursement.
    • Sales Optimization – Segmentation, Targeting & Channel Optimization, SF Effectiveness / Performance Management, Predictive Sales Intelligence, CRM Strategic Optimization.
    • Marketing Excellence – Product Commercialization / Go‑to‑Market Strategies, Portfolio Strategy & Planning, Digital Marketing Design & Scaling, KOL and Medical Education Management, Branding & Marketing Communication Strategy.
    • Service Delivery – Post Sales Centre Operations, Field Service Management, Patient Education, Care Management, Predictive Maintenance.
  • Availability to travel may be required.
