Job Description

We are seeking a senior consulting-profile professional to lead the definition and evolution of operating models across content, marketing, and customer experience environments.

This role focuses on
operating model design, governance, and transformation
, connecting strategy, execution, and measurement in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. The objective is to enable scalable, efficient, and measurable content and marketing operations through clear processes, roles, workflows, and accountability frameworks.

You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with executive and senior stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges, design future-state models, and support adoption through change management and continuous improvement.
