Job Description

We are seeking a senior consulting-profile professional to lead the definition and evolution of operating models across content, marketing, and customer experience environments.
This role focuses on operating model design, governance, and transformation, connecting strategy, execution, and measurement in complex, multi-stakeholder organizations. The objective is to enable scalable, efficient, and measurable content and marketing operations through clear processes, roles, workflows, and accountability frameworks.
You will act as a trusted advisor, working closely with executive and senior stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges, design future-state models, and support adoption through change management and continuous improvement.
