Strategy & Development Officer (SEND & Inclusion)

About the Team

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the Council’s Education Strategy and Commissioning Team at Warwickshire County Council. The team is responsible for commissioning high quality services to meet Warwickshire’s education needs and for driving forward collaborative strategies to meet the education needs of all children and young people. The Team includes two Strategy and Development Officers (one focused on SEND & Inclusion, the other with a broader remit around the wider education landscape) who work closely together as a small Strategy Unit.

About The Role

This recruitment is for a Strategy & Development Officer with a specific focus on SEND & Inclusion Services. This will include:

• Co-ordination and delivery of Warwickshire’s SEND & Inclusion Strategy and associated Delivery Plans
• Strategic Support for the Warwickshire SEND & Inclusion Partnership Board and the Council’s Head of SEND & Inclusion
