About the job


The Strategy Director leads the strategic vision and sound strategic recommendations to solve client communication challenges. As the strategy lead, you drive excellence and quality of product across your campaigns to deliver the most strategic and integrated solutions.


This position requires proven experience driving strategic thought leadership, developing campaigns that deliver on client business outcomes, influencing teams, managing senior internal, agency partner and client stakeholders and juggling multiple high-level campaigns at once.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the delivery of evidence-based and innovative strategies to achieve client outcomes

  • Provides leadership on communications best practice and consumer behaviour

  • Ensures rigour to support strategic recommendations by using industry and UM tools/data Brings forward new ideas and opportunities to improve client's business outcomes

  • Clearly demonstrates how the strategy delivers on client business needs

  • Develops influential relationships with appropriate client and agency partner contacts

  • Supports training and development needs of junior strategy team members
  • Who you are

  • Proven ability to deliver and own Strategic responses for clients.

  • Ability to apply the principles of effective and evidence-based marketing

  • Detailed understanding of industry, market, and consumer trends

  • Ability to convert insights into communications platforms and strategic intents

  • Excellent understanding of media and how to deliver integrated solutions

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Superior written and verbal communication and persuasive presentation skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure
