About the job
The Strategy Director leads the strategic vision and sound strategic recommendations to solve client communication challenges. As the strategy lead, you drive excellence and quality of product across your campaigns to deliver the most strategic and integrated solutions.
This position requires proven experience driving strategic thought leadership, developing campaigns that deliver on client business outcomes, influencing teams, managing senior internal, agency partner and client stakeholders and juggling multiple high-level campaigns at once.

Leads the delivery of evidence-based and innovative strategies to achieve client outcomesProvides leadership on communications best practice and consumer behaviourEnsures rigour to support strategic recommendations by using industry and UM tools/data Brings forward new ideas and opportunities to improve client's business outcomesClearly demonstrates how the strategy delivers on client business needsDevelops influential relationships with appropriate client and agency partner contactsSupports training and development needs of junior strategy team members Who you are
Proven ability to deliver and own Strategic responses for clients.Ability to apply the principles of effective and evidence-based marketingDetailed understanding of industry, market, and consumer trendsAbility to convert insights into communications platforms and strategic intentsExcellent understanding of media and how to deliver integrated solutionsDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesSuperior written and verbal communication and persuasive presentation skillsAbility to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure Curious about what we do?
