The Strategy Execution & Customer Experience Manager will ensure that all planned projects aligned with company goals are executed on time, completed on schedule, and communicated properly across internal and external stakeholders The individual will proactively challenge initiatives if they do not contribute to the overall company vision and support the Head of Strategy Execution and Customer Experience in creating, reviewing, and refining existing processes to maintain world‑class functionality while delivering the best customer experience.
