Strategy Lead 80-100%

PG3 AG is seeking a Strategy Lead (Legal Finance) at an 80–100% workload for an initial period of 18 to 24 months, with the potential to evolve into a long-term leadership role.

The Legal Finance industry remains relatively young and continues to evolve, with significant uncertainty regarding its long-term structure, business model and growth dynamics. In this context, PG3 is looking for a candidate who will not only critically assess and challenge PG3’s existing Legal Finance strategy, but also actively drive and implement strategic change across the business.

This role goes beyond analysis and concept development. The successful candidate will act as a change agent, working closely with senior leadership and operational teams to translate strategic insights into concrete initiatives, new structures, and improved processes.
