Overview

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE 1. Provide monthly view of parcel volume and capacity required for the next 1-2 months, align commercial (sales), (logistics) operations, and financial plan to achieve overall business objectives, involve parcel volume forecast (planning), supply (rough cut capacity) planning by all functions, and financial planning and early anticipation of the business and operations requirements. 2. Empowers Logistics functions by providing long term forecasts, analysis tools and data, and recommendations to drive functional initiatives and business case analyses. 3. Optimize costs by leveraging 3PL allocation, finding and quantifying sources of revenue leakage, and finding improvement opportunities.
