Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the Strategy & Transformation Director. In this role, you will lead the definition of Affinity’s strategy and drive its execution, turning strategic ambition into concrete initiatives and measurable impact.

• Lead and/or support strategic thinking across the organization, partnering with Corporate and Country Teams to deliver rigorous, structured analyses and actionable recommendations
• Lead and/or coordinate cross-functional strategic and transformation initiatives at a company-wide level, from problem definition to execution follow-up
• Continuously monitor markets and competitors, translating intelligence into strategic insights and implications for the business
• Own the Value Creation Plan of the company. Build financial models and valuation analyses to support strategic decision‑making and investment cases
