To work in a fully integrated setup.
Where all functions are under one roof – ATL, Digital, Retail Offline and E-commerce, Activation, Media.
Digital – that covers digital advertising, social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, content creation (in-house and with publishers), digital media planning & buying, analytics.
Available Tools & Data – Audience tracking tools (GWI), advanced listening tools, data from marketplaces, and a whole bunch of platforms.
Requirements
A combination of analytical skills, curiosity, and a strong interest in people.
Analyse consumer data both qualitative and quantitative. Draw learnings from cultural and social trends.
Creation of communication strategy that takes into account the client’s target audience and the best ways to market the client’s product to them.
Qualification / Skills Required
Experience: 5–7 years
Graduate / Post-graduate in any field.
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Required to give persuasive presentations in order to pitch ideas to the client and/or other staff members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities
Work across 6 strategic buckets.
Development of communication proposition, ideas, and go-to-market plans.
Competition and market analysis and business opportunity spotting. Regular presentations to the client.
Work on global strategy development and local interpretation of the same.
Understanding and spotting opportunities on a regular basis in the following areas; presentations to client business and Marcom teams:
New platforms – OTT, Social, etc.
New technologies – AR / VR / Voice, etc.
Regional opportunities – Vernacular marketing
New commerce platforms – e.g. social commerce, live commerce, e-store, flagship stores, etc.
Rich marketing – marketing to modern luxury consumers for super-premium products.
Community & CRM – strategies to leverage the installed base of consumers and fans.
Open to rotation between business lines from time to time.
