Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and implement long-term and short-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals.

  • Collaborate with business heads across functions (Sales, Finance, Projects, Land Acquisition, Legal) to identify strategic initiatives and drive execution.

    • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence:

  • Analyze industry trends, real estate pricing, FSI rules, demand-supply dynamics, and emerging micro-markets.

  • Benchmark competition to assess positioning, pricing, product offerings, and project performance.

    • Business Case Development:

  • Prepare feasibility studies and business cases for new land acquisitions, joint ventures, redevelopment projects, or expansion into new geographies.

  • Perform sensitivity analysis and ROI/IRR projections for proposed investments or developments.

    • M&A and JV Support:

  • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and joint development opportunities.

  • Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and coordination with legal and technical teams.

    • Internal Performance Analytics:

  • Monitor and evaluate business performance across projects.

  • Create dashboards, KPIs, and MIS reports for senior management decision-making.

    • Stakeholder Communication:

  • Support CEO/CXO presentations for Board Meetings, investor pitches, and external stakeholder engagements.

  • Coordinate with consultants, partners, and regulatory bodies for strategic initiatives.
