Job Description

About the Role:


  • Design and implement new processes and tools to contribute to Fever's worldwide growth, aiming to maximize profit and productivity
  • Identify key improvement areas for each of Fever business units by developing ad-hoc analyses (production, time-to-market, invoicing, marketing, etc.)
  • Participate in company-wide strategic projects focused on ensuring smooth operations and communications across teams to meet BP
  • Search for new features (new softwares, AI agents, dashboards, etc.) to enhance impact
  • Identify and select the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost and profitability
  • About You:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (e.g. consulting, operations, or tech-related roles)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
