Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager -Strategy andOperations. The person will be responsible foroverseeing the operations, business planning, leading the team, and financial management of theorganization. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic planning andgrowth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Help the team in better sourcing of produce from the farm level
• Provide inspired leadership company-wide.
• Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy.
• Report to the board of directors and keep them informed.
• Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.
• Develop the company's culture and overall company vision.
• Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.
