Role Overview: The Strategy & Operations Manager, People & Culture plays a critical role in shaping and executing GoBolt’s people strategy. Reporting to the Director of HR, this role focuses on talent strategy, incentive design and management, and operational excellence to ensure the organization is equipped with the right people, structures, and programs to support growth.
