Position Summary
We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on Digital Ops builder who turns ambiguity into clear plans, ships projects, and scales processes with data and lightweight automation. You'll drive execution on the Digital Ops project plan, support tool rollouts, instrument KPIs/dashboards, and keep recurring workflows running to spec. You set the agenda, align stakeholders, surface risks early, and land commitments on time—so operations can scale smoothly.
You'll report to the Digital Ops Manager and partner closely with Product, Digital Ops, Rev Mgmt, Field Ops, and Tech.
What You'll Do
Improve listings performance across OTA's (eg.: Airbnb, Booking): Test A/B changes to lift conversion and review scores audit OTA hygiene and assets, and standardize SOPs for performance
Process analysis & optimization: Map current state, find bottlenecks, and design continuous improvements to boost scalability, reduce cost, or improve CX.
