**About the Role**
Build the strategy for the next phase of the ridesharing business in LatAm, creating processes to define LatAm's strategy, breaking down main priorities and enabling execution through an action-oriented strategy and strong prioritization across verticals. Be the main point of contact and gate keeper of LatAm's regional priorities and work hand in hand with Central Operations in order to ensure we are set up for success to achieve our short and long term performance targets.

- **Strategic Ownership**:Define the business' short and long term strategy, working closely with and advising business leaders across the company on topics ranging from specific analyses to annual planning to multi-year visions.
