Strategy, Plans, and Policy Planner

The Strategy, Plans, and Policy Planner serves as Team Escalate’s primary integrator between CCPA Public Affairs execution and USCENTCOM’s operational planning, policy development, and senior leader decision cycles. Embedded within OPTs, JPTs, and coordination forums, this role translates command intent, operational plans, and evolving mission priorities into coherent Public Affairs strategies, guidance, and messaging frameworks. Working in close coordination with Assessment Analysts and Media Operations personnel, the Planner ensures public-facing products are anticipatory, synchronized with operations, and aligned with higher-level guidance while remaining responsive to rapid changes in the information environment. Primary responsibilities include:

+ Leads and participates in OPTs and JPTs to integrate Public Affairs considerations into campaign design, contingency planning, exercises, and operational execution.
