Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor business performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for leadership decision-making.
- Support change management initiatives and help teams adapt to new processes and strategic directions.
- Represent leadership in key meetings, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and market analysis to support strategic recommendations.
- Manage and drive cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for leadership.
- Promote organizational culture and team engagement.
- Organize and facilitate executive meetings, board reviews, and offsites.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills:
- 9+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or senior leadership support.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
- Excellent project management and execution skills.
- Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in dashboards/tools.
- Stakeholder management and relationship-building expertise.
- High discretion and ability to handle confidential matters.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications:
- An MBA from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
- A degree in engineering is mandate.
