Mission

Reporting into the Senior Director, Head of Corporate Strategy, the Strategy Senior Manager will support strategic decision‑making activities and drive execution of key initiatives in alignment with Almirall’s Ambition and the Long Term Strategic Plan.

Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate the company Long term Strategic Plan, following the three phases (1. Accelerate, 2. Transform and 3. Conquer) with a holistic approach and with special deep dive on the stage gates on the “Where to Play” and “How to Play”.
• Lead internal project team(s) composed of functional experts in the Strategic Projects defined.
• Monitor the execution of the Strategic Projects defined.
