The primary responsibility of this role is to develop strength reliability for static strength and durability performance of vehicle frame, body, and chassis.

Develop strength and durability performance of vehicle frame, body, and chassis (suspension, axle, bushing) through prediction, evaluation, and analysis.Prediction: Analytical (hand calculation, design review) and CAE (FEA, MBD, other simulations) methods.Evaluation: Vehicle input load measurements and bench tests (static and fatigue), by collaborating with technician team members.Analysis: Data organization and visualization to extract trends, fatigue life calculation, failure analysis, etc.Solve problems and develop countermeasures to achieve strength and durability performance targets according to v...
