Roles & Responsiblities:
Hands on experience on honeycomb composite static structure stress analysis
Expertise in substantiation analysis of composite sandwich panel bonded structural analysis
Expertise in Aircraft interiors stress analysis of monuments.
Good experience in CAE static Strength analysis using Nastran and Patran
Should have good knowledge on Pre & post processing
STP: Static Test Requirements and Plan
STR: Static Test Results and Evaluation
Monuments Certification Report
Good understanding on results interpretation, Preparing stress reports .
Good Knowledge :
1) FE modelling ( meshing 2D , 3D & First order or second elements) using Hypermesh
2) Meshing quality parameters
3) Detailed F E modelling of all the individual components
4) Assembling of all the individual components by defining the appropriate
Connections
5) Assembly check for Penetration .
6) Free-free analysis to check the connectivity & integrity of the FE Ass...
