Reviewed structural and MEP plans for code compliance (IBC, NEC, IPC, IECC) and constructability; coordinated redlines and updates with remote engineers; translated technical designs into actionable guidance for production teams.
- **Take-Offs & BOM Preparation**:
Produced precise material take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings; collaborated on accurate, production-ready Bills of Materials (BOM); helped develop standardized component libraries and track substitutions.
- **Production Floor Support**:
Served as the on-site engineering liaison during MEP system installation; resolved real-time layout and integration issues; escalated critical concerns to remote engineering for fast resolution.
