Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Building Inspector to assist engineers with the completion of structural projects in our Miami, Florida, (FL) office! This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inspections of building envelope systems including concrete, stucco, glazing, sealants, waterproofing, roofing, and cladding to verify compliance with approved construction documents, threshold inspection requirements, ASTM and AAMA standards, and applicable building codes
  • Execute forensic-style field observations, documenting deficiencies with detailed reports, annotated photographs, and references to industry standards (ASTM, AAMA, ACI, ICRI,
