Salary: $4000 - $4500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
Working hours: 5.5 Days, Office Hours
Work Location: Geylang Bahru MRT Walking Distance
Coordinate structural design for landed housing projects to ensure buildability, compliance and smooth site execution.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate structural design with QP, architects, and M&E consultants to ensure alignment and constructability
- Review structural drawings, details, and specifications for buildability and site practicality
- Identify and resolve design clashes; lead and participate in coordination meetings
- Support authority submissions, technical clarifications, and consultant coordination
- Review shop drawings, BBS, and temporary works proposals for structural accuracy and compliance
- Provide technical support to site teams and propose value engineering and buildability improvements
