An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Structural Department Manager for their Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania team!

Responsibilities:

  • Provideresources to project managers to successfully execute projects
  • Establish
    work plans/estimates for staff assigned projects
  • Oversee
    production of work product to ensure it meets quality standards
  • Supervise
    projects/staff
  • Manage
    client expectations/communications
  • Maintain
    backlogs/manpower forecasts to ensure proper staffing levels and department utilization
  • Assist
    HR with recruitment/training
  • Build/maintain
    client relationships
  • Participate
    in trade organizations
  • Assist
    with business development including preparing/assisting with presentations

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Civil Engineering
