Job Title- Structural Design Engineer (High Rise)

Location- Pune

Experience- 5 to 8 yrs


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings (G and above) using ETABS and STAAD
  • Develop and review analysis models for gravity loads, wind loads, and seismic loads
  • Design RCC and/or composite structural elements including slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, and foundations
  • Ensure designs comply with Indian / International codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocode, as applicable)
  • Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings, and reports
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and site teams to resolve design-related issues
  • Support value engineering and optimization of structural systems


Software Skills Required

  • ETABS
  • STAAD Pro
  • SAFE / RCDC / RAM / Tekla / AutoCAD (preferred)
  • MS Excel for design spreadsheets


Technical Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of high-rise structural behavior
  • Experience with seismic analysis, response spectrum, and wind analysis
  • Knowledge of foundation design for high-rise buildings
  • Familiarity with performance-based design concepts


Qualifications

  • M.E./M.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering
