SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Shall work as per Team lead/management directives.

✅ Preparation of design criteria and design specifications

✅ Receive Clients brief/remit, formulate the scope of works and develop the design philosophy

✅ Provide best value working design solutions to technical problems

✅ Manage members of the design team to ensure the timely delivery of information, checking the work of other members of staff and providing assistance to their continued learning and development.

✅ Work effectively within a multi-disciplinary design environment such that designs consider the impact across all relevant disciplines

✅ Undertake calculations using design software but also by hand as required

-✅ Provide sufficient information and support to enable Design Engineers / CAD Technicians to produce detailed design drawings suitable for construction

Requirements:

✅ BE/BTech degree in civil engineering from a reputable institution, with ME/MTech desirable

✅ 6-12 years’ hands-on design experience in the design of foundations, and reinforced     concrete and steel structures and substructures

✅Sound technical understanding of structures

✅ Experience in the real estate industry preferred

✅ Working capabilities with software such as ETABS, SAFE and RCDC preferred
