Structural design engineer

Position: Lead Structural Design Engineer/Section Manager-Structural
Experience: 14 Years+
Location: Navi Mumbai
Software: Hands on: STAAD Pro, ETAB, RCDC, SAFE, Idea Statica, RAM Connections,
 Shall be aware of 3 D platforms like Sp3 D, Civil 3 D, Revit, and Auto CAD.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Engages in all engineering management activities assigned to him.
 Performs all functions as reviewer and approver of documents for the project
and or Group of Project or Sector.
 Mentors, trains & encourages resources within his discipline which are assigned
to him to achieve desired project objectives.
 Takes initiatives for successful delivery of services within the department and
operates with minimum guidance.
 Monitor and control Productivity of the Assigned group of Project/Sector.
 Monitor and Control Project schedule of the Assigned group of Project/Sector
 Sharing the Knowledge with team Members and upgrading Discipline
Database
 Adherence to Department Work Instruction and QMs Manual
 Responsible for the performance of Team assigned.
 Ensure effective communications with all stakeholders.
 co-ordinations with internal and external team.
 Prepare scope of work and work efforts estimation.
