Structural Design Manager (Precast Concrete)

Role : - Structural Design (Precast Concrete)

Experience : Min 12+ Years

Qualification : M.Tech (Structural)/BE Civil

Location : In Khalapur its Factory set-up Project (Factory Shed).

The role involves close coordination with architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility, compliance with codes, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis, precast system design and design for buildings and infrastructure using IS codes, standards, and best engineering practices.

• Design structural systems including RCC frames, shear walls, core walls, post-tensioned slabs, and foundations.

• Prepare and review structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

• Conduct analysis using software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, or MIDAS.

• Ensure seismic-resistant and code-compliant detailing of structural elements.

• Collaborate with architectural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.

• Review and finalize foundation designs based on geotechnical investigation reports.

• Perform value engineering and design optimization to achieve cost-effective solutions.

• Provide technical support to construction teams during execution.

• Conduct design reviews for consultants and ensure adherence to project and organizational standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and building codes.

• Preferred who has design 15+ floor High-Rise, Residential, Commercial

• Proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, Midas Gen).

• Experience with high-rise, commercial, or residential projects.

• Ability to perform load calculations, seismic analysis, and foundation design.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
