Job Position: Structural Designer-Civil

Experience: 0-5 Years

Job Description:

Key Technical Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of RCC and Steel Structural Design
  • Experience in residential, commercial, and industrial building structures
  • Sound understanding of IS Codes , load calculations, and design standards
  • Ability to prepare structural drawings, BOQs, and design reports
  • Coordination with architects and site teams for design clarifications

Software & Technical Skills Required:

  • ETABS / SAFE
  • STAAD Pro
  • AutoCAD (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of Revit Structure (preferred)
  • MS Excel for design calculations and reports

Soft Skills & Other Requirements:

  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
  • Willingness to support site-related technical queries
  • Prior experience in a consultancy or construction firm will be an added advantage
