Structural Designer & Cost Estimation

Civil Engineer with 5–7 years of professional experience in structural design, cost estimation, quantity surveying, and tendering activities. The candidate will be responsible for design optimization, preparation of detailed estimates, BOQ/BOM, BBS calculations, and providing technical support during pre-tender and execution stages .

Key Responsibilities

1. Structural Design & Optimization

· Carry out structural analysis and design of RCC/steel structures as per IS codes and relevant standards

· Optimize structural designs to ensure safety, economy, and constructability

· Prepare and review structural drawings and design calculations

· Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and site engineers for design clarifications

2. Pre-Tendering & Costing
