JOB TITLE : STRUCTURAL MANAGER

POSITION DESCRIPTION :

The Structural Manager is responsible for overseeing the structural engineering aspects of a large-scale, high-end residential project located in Gurugram, India, consisting of 8 premium apartment towers with a total built-up area of approximately 690,000 m². Working under the overall Design Manager and in close collaboration with the project's architectural, MEP, façade, and construction teams, the Structural Manager ensures that all structural design deliverables are compliant with project specifications, codes, safety standards, and constructability requirements.

The Structural Manager leads the structural design review process, facilitates coordination with consultants and contractors, and supports construction planning with accurate and timely engineering input.
